Synopsis:

The conniving thieves, schemers and con men of the 31st century take full advantage of the dystopian hellscape that has long since been constructed for the general population, a regressive spherical mindfuck that knows no bounds.

Every day, these cold, calculating megaminds of the desolation of everything that was once good and pure reap the grounds of broken dreams and idiotic fallacies, actively hunting for any excuse they can find to decry any old wretch too weak to fight back as worthless to society, the bottom of the barrel, so to speak. They kill the competition that lies before their very eyes in cold blood, and yet there are no reprecussions to be had. Nothing is done to cicrumvent another unfortunate episode of outright demoralization from ever happening again.

Fuck knows the legal system won’t even bother to get their hands dirty, let alone attempt to dig down to discover the very roots of the utter shambles this current system brings about. Anyone who tries to report it back constantly, mainly the ones left who have somehow managed to cling on to their ability to sniff out the obvious deceitful nature of every act the schemers running the world put forward, and to pinpoint the ones foolhardy enough to fall for their trap at face value, either gets ignored, or shouted down relentlessly, and sent to the depths of hell they like to call their centre for rehabilitation. It is a sight for sore eyes for the faint of heart. The ones long dead of it would be practically spinning in their grave if they could see all that unfolds now.

The disquieting power of those vile con men are unmatched. Even if the few left with a conscience, with even the tiniest fraction of common fucking sense could construct some sort of weapon that could obliterate the current pack of low life menaces, there would always be a new load to take their place. For those very same schemers have the power to turn the most hapless troglodytes into sheep that can no longer think for themselves if their miserable lives had depended on it.

They become almost robotic. Unable to think for themselves, even. If they are really unlucky, they might even just become another variant of the many flagrant con men in charge. Another hundred of these created, and very soon the entire world will end up looking even worse than a derelict empire, with all of these crumbling buildings and rotting walkways which occupy this globe, which looks as though it is going to collapse in on itself any second – a result of infrastructure badly designed. No doubt of the making of those very same powers.

With all this degradation having long since taken hold of this wretched globe, one has to wonder where one stands in all of this atrocious mess. A society that has learnt early on to exploit the only home it knows, all the while having zero idea on how to actually live on the damned planet. It’s a sobering story isn’t it? If it had been difficult collecting themselves before, in the 31st century, it is far worse, if it was even remotely possible.
